Family Law Supervision – Live & Interactive

March 9, 2022  (start times vary – see below)

Reflective supervision, an essential support for professionals in many care and social support settings, has been entirely missing from the field of family law – until now.

In recent years it has rapidly gained ground in the UK through the work of family lawyer Gillian Bishop and psychotherapist Chris Mills.  Their highly acclaimed trainings have greatly contributed to the debate about how the welfare of professionals has a direct impact on better outcomes for clients.

On March 9th Gillian and Chris will introduce their supervision model to a Canadian audience for the first time.

The power and potential of reflective supervision is seen far more in the ‘live’ unfolding moment than in any attempts to describe it theoretically.  This is why Gillian and Chris will start their presentation to us with the real thing – a genuine supervision session – unprepared, unscripted, with process and outcomes as unknown to them as they are to us as we watch.
