For Individuals
Apply for an annual membership in CP Canada. Our individual annual membership fee is $75 per person. To become a member, you must first be a member of a local, regional or provincial CP group, have taken basic/introductory Collaborative training and be a member in good standing of your professional regulatory body.
ApplyFor Groups
Provide the members of your Collaborative Practice Group with a CP Canada membership at a savings of $25 per member. The annual fee paid by your group is based on $50 per person, times the number of members in your group. Each member of your group will receive all the benefits of an individual membership.
