CP Can Connect
CP Can Connect is a new online initiative from our membership Committee. In addition to our regular PD for members, we want to give you a chance to have regular informal discussions led by experienced collaborative professionals to share and learn from everyone's experiences, challanges and successes in collaborative practice.
Our first session on April 23rd on Power Dynamics Between Professionals was very well attended and thanks to Stella Kavoukian, one of the three facilitators, we have a great resource to share with members. Attached are Stella's 10 points to consider to create a healthy balance of power between professionals.
Training Opportunity: Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
Join the Victoria Collaborative Group on November 7, 2024 for an insightful training on recognizing and address "Wolf" behaviours that can disrupt the collaborative resolution process in family law matters.
This workshop, led by experienced trainers Lana Stern and Robert Merlin, will equip practitioners with practical strategies to manage actions that hinder productive interactions between professionals and parties involved in disputes. See link below for further information and registration
